A: VaryActive is a revolutionary fitness service that allows users (you) to book open seats in fitness classes at any of our Partner Facilities all through the VaryActive App. Our partners are the most unique and exclusive fitness facilities throughout your city; offering an unmatched variety of fitness classes to quench your unending thirst for fitness fun and adventure.
Q: Does VaryActive have a mobile app?
A: VaryActive offers the most user-friendly mobile app on the market. Classes can be booked in less than one minute making it the most productive thing you can do in that period of time. Currently available for iOS, coming soon for Android.
Q: Where can I use VaryActive?
A: VaryActive can be used in any city that has a Partner Facility. If we are not in your city currently, rest assured that we have a plan to be there soon. Christopher Columbus would be proud.
Q: Do I pay any membership fees?
A: VaryActive is a completely membership free service. We are forced into too many commitments in life. Adding variety to your fitness routine shouldn’t require another one.
Q: Is there a limit to the number of times I can book at a single studio?
A: VaryActive has no limit to the number of times you can book at a studio. If you love one place, book there every day of the year. No hair off our back.
Q: When are classes available to book on VaryActive?
A: VaryActive allows any user to book a class up to 7 days in advance, al the way up to the minute the class is starting. No need to stress about availability the day before, unless that’s what you’re in to.
Q: How do I pay for a class?
A: VaryActive offers payment through Apple Pay and credit card. Once used you can choose to store your credit card information for future use.
Q: I have a promo code, how do I use it?
A: Promo codes are the best (and super easy to use). Once you are ready to book, select “Book Now” and look at the bottom of your screen, select “Have a promo code?” and type in your promo code! Then enjoy the discount and the class!
Q: What is the class cancellation policy?
A: Life happens, we totally understand that. In short, any reservation canceled more than twenty-four (24) hours in advance is subject to a refund, either partial or full. Bookings canceled less than twenty-four (24) hours before class time will be non-refundable, the same thing for no-shows. For a full explanation please see our Terms and Conditions.
Q: Can I book a class for more than one person?
A: With VaryActive you can book one seat or every seat available. The VaryActive app displays the total number of seats available to make this simple. So go ahead and invite all of your friends, or use this as a chance to get away from them.
Q: Will I receive a confirmation of my booking?
A: No worries, it will be very clear that you booked a class. Once booked, you will receive an email confirmation of the booking. Additionally, all classes booked, past and present, are available for viewing through the My Classes tab in the app. Heck, even the administrators and the facility receive a confirmation email.
Q: How do I change a booking?
A: Through the My Classes tab you can cancel any reservation that has been made. Want to add seats, simply book the seats needed and enjoy.
Q: What do I do when I arrive at the fitness studio for my class?
A: We suggest you arrive 10-15 minutes before the class starts. Check in at the front desk and simply show your class confirmation on your app under “My Classes”. The studio will have your information and your class seat reserved.
Q: How do I add new or update my current credit card/payment information
A: Simple! Once you want to book a class you can choose to use your current credit card or add a new one!
Q: How do I update my account info
A: You can update your account information directly through the VaryActive app. Just select “My Account” on the navigation tab on the left and select which information you would like to edit.
Q: I want to delete my account
